| We now offer a range of cleaning and hygiene products
developed in response to requests for effective cleaning materials to use
where suits are shared or exposed to polluted water. Suit Gloop. Seal lubricant, for fast dry suit entry without the risk of damaging seals. This water soluble liquid contains an antiseptic additive to help prevent skin problems where suits are shared. It is a better choice than talc for this purpose as it avoids any potential problems from breathing or slipping on talc dust. 330 ml squeezy bottle B.V.F. Seal and Suit Cleaner. A non selective preparation effective against bacteria, fungi and viruses. 500ml trigger sprays are ideal for cleaning seals, reducing the risk of cross infection where suits are shared. Can be sprayed inside the suit to disinfect and freshen. Where suits have been exposed to polluted water or body fluids, we recommend soaking for twenty minutes inside or out in concentrate diluted 1:50. Unlike cleaners containing aldehydes, phenols, alcohol or solvents, no damage to our dry suits has been observed from using this product. B.V.F.is biodegradable and classified as low hazard for contact. After soaking, rinse and dry thoroughly. Available in 500ml trigger spray for seal and spot cleaning. Talc dusting bags recommended for seal protection during long term storage. Beeswax stick. Used regularly prevents zips sticking without attracting dirt. Bug Scrub. Bacterial and fungicidal skin cleanser in a good quality liquid soap. Safe and pleasant to use as a hand or full body wash where an immediate action surgical quality soap is of paramount importance. This is a veterinary standard product formulated to be effective against the micro-organisms present when dealing with animals, as well as the threat from a range of bacteria and fungi present in humans, stagnant water, sewage, etc. Can also be used for cleaning soiled dry suits.
